You’ve got a full 30 days from delivery to return any spanking-new, unused, unassembled, and resale-ready items in their original packaging. We’ll hook you up with a refund for the total order amount, minus the initial shipping cost and any return shipping charges on our end. Freight lovers, take note – if your item strutted in strapped to a pallet, it’s gotta strut out the same way to be return-ready. Didn’t keep the original pallet? No sweat, just make sure you’ve got a substitute in place.

Eligibility for Refund:

To hit the refund jackpot, your goods need to be back on our turf within 30 days of delivery, rocking that fresh, unused, unassembled, and resale-ready vibe with the original packaging.

Expect the initial shipping cost to take a detour from your refund total. Need a return shipping label? Give us a shout, but we’ll have to pass the baton for the cost. Freight fandango? We’re your wingmen for arranging a freight truck encore, but footing the freight bill is your gig.

 

Refunds shimmy back to the original payment groove – the credit card, debit card, or payment play you busted out during the first dance.

Returns usually shimmy through the processing door in 5-7 business days. But if the crowd’s surfin’, we might need some extra time. And remember, the bank at the credit card helm might need to catch the next wave for processing.
